Up for sale is a rare, collectible set of two vintage hardcovers individually signed by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale. These are highly sought-after, early contemporary printings of his classic self-help and motivational works. Included in this lot: 1. The Tough-Minded Optimist - Hardcover, Stated Third Printing (December, 1961). Personally signed by Norman Vincent Peale on the interior flyleaf page. 2. The Amazing Results of Positive Thinking - Hardcover, Stated Second Printing (October, 1959). Personally signed by Norman Vincent Peale on the interior. CONDITION DETAILS: Both books are in Good to Very Good (G/VG) vintage condition. The bindings remain tight and square, and the main text pages are clean, crisp, and fully legible. Original dust jackets are included. Please note the following vintage characteristics: - Interior Cover: There is some minor, cosmetic spotting/foxing on the inside covers. This is restricted entirely to the blank inner boards and does not touch or affect any of the text pages. - Bottom Edge: The name "Liz" is written in vintage ink across the bottom text-block edge of the pages near the spine.
