Scarce in this condition. Endpapers dated "October 1908". Sixth edition. pp. x, [22], 153, 32pp adverts at rear dated 1910-11, 3 maps, 3 plans in text, 4pp publisher's advert for other publications inserted loose in front pocket with publisher's list; publisher's red cloth gilt, a little marked on the cloth; a very good copy.
