STAR WARS #8 – MARVEL COMICS – FEBRUARY 1978 Original Bronze Age Marvel Star Wars comic featuring Han Solo and Chewbacca. A collectible early issue from Marvel's original Star Wars series and a recognised key issue featuring the first appearance of Jaxxon, together with the first appearances of Hedji, Don-Wan Kihotay, Amaiza Foxtrain and Jimm (the Starkiller Kid).  This is the original US 35¢ Newsstand Edition, with the UPC barcode to the lower left of the front cover. Condition: Very Fine (VF) – approx. 8.0 A particularly attractive example with excellent colour, strong gloss and very good overall eye appeal. The predominantly black cover remains remarkably clean for its age, with vivid colours and an excellent Star Wars logo. There is minor spine and edge wear consistent with the grade, but no major creases or significant defects visible to the front cover.
