This is a signed Playboy magazine August 2004 issue. Centerfold is signed by Playmate Pilar Lastra The autograph was hand-signed by Pilar in black sharpie. This is the entire magazine, not just the cover. It is not a reproduction or facsimile. This comes from the estate of a couple of friends that loved to go to various conventions around the country and meet Playboy models, adult film stars, actresses, other models, etc... and collect autographs. I did not make this. It is the only one that I have. Shipping is $7.99 to the United States by the cheapest available method.
