Beautiful 4-volume hardcover set of The Works of Josephus, translated by William Whiston and published by Baker Book House. This is the 15th printing, December 1989, complete in Volumes I–IV and includes the original matching slipcase. The books are in exceptionally clean condition and appear to have seen very little reading use. The bindings are tight and do not appear to have been cracked or broken in. Pages are crisp, clean, and bright, with no obvious writing, highlighting, stains, tears, or significant handling wear observed. The decorative brown covers and gold detailing present very well. The original slipcase is included and shows more age-related surface wear and shelf wear than the books themselves, as shown in the photos.
