Amazing Spider-man Annual #5 First Print CGC 8.5 Signature Series comic book, from Marvel Comics in 1968, which has been signed by the following three creators: Stan Lee - the late Marvel Comics legend, writer of this issue and co-creator of Spider-man back in 1962 John Romita Sr. - the late cover artist and legendary Amazing Spider-man artist from the 1960s and 70s Larry Lieber - the younger brother of Stan Lee, artist on this issue and co-creator of Iron Man, Thor and Ant-Man. I commissioned the signatures on this book back in 2013 and have owned it since. This key issue features the first appearance of Peter Parker's parents (Richard and Mary). It has been professionally graded by CGC, the largest independent comic grading company in the world, and slabbed in a sealed protective case. The grade is guaranteed to be high grade 8.5 (VERY FINE+) and this is a yellow label CGC Signature Series, which means that an authorised CGC representative witnessed the signings and this also acts as a Certificate Of Authenticity. As soon as the comic was signed, it was removed by a CGC authorised party and submitted straight to CGC for grading and encapsulation, guaranteeing the authenticity of the signatures.
