Specific issues - #22 printed with only a top staple which has a staple pull. #23 cover - staple pull, some small spine tears. #25 cover sits off-centre to the book, staple pulls. #28 cover - staple pulls , some small spine tears. one internal page has a 2" tear from the outside edge. #29, 30, 42 cover - staple pulls. #41 cover - 1" tear to top of spine. #44 centrefold - piece missing at top of one of the pages, as shown.
