Offered here is an early hardcover edition of one of the classic and most important books on Sasquatch/Bigfoot research, written by pioneering researcher John Green. Copyright page is dated 1978, Cheam Publishing Ltd., with no later printing statement shown. ISBN inside the book is 0-88839-018-1. Published in Canada by Cheam Publishing Ltd. and Hancock House Publishers Ltd., and simultaneously published in the United States by Hancock House Publishers Inc. This substantial book runs approximately 490 pages and contains an extensive collection of Sasquatch reports, photographs, footprint evidence, maps, illustrations and historical accounts. Subjects include the famous Patterson-Gimlin film, Bluff Creek, footprint casts, early Sasquatch reports, expeditions and reported sightings throughout the United States and Canada. The original dust jacket features the famous Sasquatch/Bigfoot image and a North American map stating “Over 1,500 Confirmed Sightings.” The jacket retains its original $12.95 price. Condition: Hardcover book is in very nice vintage condition overall. Red cloth boards remain attractive with light signs of age/use. Interior pages appear clean and well preserved with expected age toning. Binding appears solid.
