[ Beijing, Distributed by Guozi Shudian, 1956]. 23 mounted and hand-coloured paper-cuts, each protected with a glassine sheet, plates measuring 227 by 158 mm, together with 5-page booklet on Chinese paper-cuts in general (light trace of humidity to gutter of title) and one with 3 pages detailing the paper-cuts from Chien An (text in Chinese, English, French and German), all housed in the original publisher's folder of patterned boards, cloth-covered edges, bone pegs and textile ties; overall in very good condition with the colours surprisingly fresh.
