"Arthur T. Brown: Architect, Artist, Inventor" is an 80 page, 8.5"x11" softcover written by Brown and published in 1985 by College of Architecture Library, University of Arizona, in conjunction with an exhibition. Brown grew up in Tarkio, Missouri, moved to Chicago as a young man in the 1920s, and then to Tucson in 1935 where he resided and worked as an architect for the next 50 years. Here he shares his thoughts on a number of his projects, from homes to churches to schools. There are many black-and-white photos of the buildings, many of which are excellent examples of mid-century modern design. In good condition due to back cover rubbing, a couple tiny red stains. The cover otherwise shows minimal wear and there are no internal marks.
