In Memoriam Card. London: The East London Printing Co., E.C.3, [1945]. Oblong 12mo. Pp. [4] on a folded sheet of card stock; the card measures 115 x 77mm, when closed; a good copy of this rare ephemeral item. In memoriam card, 'In horrible memory of Adolf Hitler.' The card, though printed on the front with a cross and flowes on the front in the usual memorium card fashion, is satirical in nature, expressing the Allied sentiments towards Hitler. We belive that the East End printer was so delighted by the death of Hitler and the end of the war, that he enthusiatically produced this nicely designed item. How printers rejoice! SKU: 2113344
