According to Richards, Altemus published several unauthorised editions of Kipling works in the late 1890s; it is likely that this collection was likewise an unofficial one. This particular Altemus publication is rather rare. With Hugh Walpole’s bookplate to upper pastedown. A near-fine copy, with minor scuffing and wear to cloth. Livingston 199. Not in Richards.
