Hi! You're looking at a SUPERB and UNREAD condition book which is EXTREMELY RARE, hard to find and OUT OF PRINT and a classic novel of corrupt Chicago Politics in 1950s written by JOHN S. NORRIS--the book is a collectible STATED FIRST EDITION published in 1959 and a HARDCOVER with the ORIGINAL DUSTJACKET and it's NOT a remainder copy and NOT price-clipped, with the original $3.95 price on the upper corner of the front inner flap. This book is in SUPERB and UNREAD condition and the book itself has a tiny owner's name and address stamp on the upper right corner of the front board and a tiny ding on the lower back spine tip and is in PERFECT shape otherwise; the dustjacket has a tiny chipped spot on the lower center spine tip, a 1 1/2 inch tear on the lower left corner of the front cover, a diagonal tear and crease on the upper center of the front cover with two small tears on the left and right sides, a tiny tear and chip on the upper center of the back cover, a very small vintage price sticker on the center of the spine edge, a small tear on the lower right corner of the front cover a few slight creases on the lower portion of the front cover and just very light shelfwear otherwise but no other significant imperfections!
