n. p. : B. & K., n. d. . Circa 1930s. Folded card printed to front panel only. 6-1/2 x 4-3/8 . Stiff white cardstock with deckle-like edges. Gilt and green Menu and illustration embossed to head of front panel, descriptive text printed in black. Now housed in an archival mylar sleeve. Large patch of adehesive with paper remnants and abrasion to rear panel. Else clean and crisp. VG. Item #43276
