I am offering a now hard-to-find complete collection of the BANTAM LIBRARY OF CULINARY ARTS by Jill Norman. This celebrated series of 16 beautifully illustrated, compact hardcover cookbooks was written by renowned food scholar and spice expert Jill Norman. Published by Bantam Books between 1989 and 1992, each slim volume spans around 41 to 48 pages and acts as a definitive primer focusing heavily on specific ingredients, herbs, beverages and traditional flavoring techniques from around the globe.
