Misfortunes of the Immortals. First edition in English, one of 610 copies. Ernst and Eluard's work was originally published in 1922 in Paris as Les malheurs des immortels and became a cornerstone of surrealism. The Black Sun edition prints the English and French text side-by-side, and includes three illustrations by Ernst not present in the original.
