Original typed letter in English signed by the composer on May 28, 1941, about the purchase of a portrait of Sigmund Freud and other topics. Size is 6.75 x 10.5 inches, 1 page, folds, rust stains, in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a typed letter of his wife Lotte Lenya signed by her in 1962. Size is 5.75 x 7.75 inches, 1 page, in excellent condition.
