Rare Collector’s Opportunity: Original Japanese First Printing (1992) of Sorayama Hyper Illustrations Part 2. Up for sale is a stunning, beautifully preserved copy of legendary airbrush maestro Hajime Sorayama’s iconic early-90s art anthology. Published in Tokyo by Bijutsu Shuppan-Sha, this volume features his world-renowned chrome "Sexy Robots," stylized pinups, and hyper-realistic metallic artwork. Unlike later domestic reprints, this is the authentic, oversized trade paperback first print run (第1刷), complete with dual Japanese and English artist biographies and commentary. Condition Profile (Excellent / Near-Mint): This book has been stored meticulously in a collector-grade environment. It shows minimal handling and presents beautifully: • Spine: Superb structural integrity. The blue and white spine text is bright and crisp with no vertical reading creases or spine rolling. • Pages: The interior pages are clean, flat, and unmarked with highly vibrant color registration. No folded corners, tears, or ink stamps. • Page Edges: The edge block remains smooth and remarkably uniform with just a tiny hint of natural ambient age-toning. No heavy dust spotting or thumb smudging. • Covers: High-gloss sheen is intact. Edges are tight and sharp with virtually no shelf-rubbing or corner blunting. Shipping & Handling: We understand book collecting. This will be packed flat and securely buffered with dense cardboard panels to prevent any corner-bumping or spine stress during transit. Fast
