Scarce and original handmade blessing cards, containing the six verses of the HaRachman blessing, to be recited as part of the Brith ceremony. Presumably, the cards belonged to a Mohel, who would come to perform a Circumcision ceremony and then stay for the celebratory meal, using the cards when the special additions are said after the Grace prayer. Six decorated and numbered cards, boards covered with green marbled Vorsatz paper to one side and handwritten blessings to the other, in Ashkenazi script and according to Ashkenazi custom; housed in a contemporary calf-covered slipcase (13 x 10 cm); edges rubbed.
