First edition, first impression; 8vo (225 x 150 mm); 'Literary Guild' stamp to lower margin of title-page; publisher's grey cloth boards, spine gilt, un-clipped dust jacket printed in claret red, black and gilt, a little rubbed at extremities, spine darkened, a few spots to fore-edge of text block, otherwise very good.
