The Position of Sir Ernest Shackleton's Expedition;

£250 · Offered by Shapero Rare Books

Two articles relating to the Endurance expedition from April and May. The first relates the fate of the Aurora, as received by telegram on April 4. The second, dated 8th of May, reveals that the society nor the British Government had heard any news of Shackleton and the Endurance, and relays fears for their safety.
