First edition

Here is a complete first edition first printing set of the Book of the New Sun by Gene Wolfe. Each of the four volumes is in generally good condition, but each has some flaws. The Shadow of the Torturer does not have a dust jacket. The text leans forward slightly. There is a small stain on the page edges. The interior pages are clean and there is no remainder mark. Claw of the Conciliator has foxing on the dust jacket and page edges. There is soiling/wear on the bottom of the text block near the spine. Sword of the Lictor has some chipping on the dust jacket on the front and some shelf wear along with typical age darkening of the page edges. Citadel of the Autarch is perhaps unread, but has some mild yellowing/staining on the top of the text block. The three dust jackets that are present have been placed in removable mylar covers. I have not seen any writing or marks on the interior of the books. Please see the images. Shipping will be prompt and secure. Also consider the other books in my inventory.
