BE ADVISED : THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THE REVISED “apartamento” version which has been edited down for westerners - THIS IS THE O.G. 1994 THIRD EDITION PUBLISHED IN JAPAN IN GLORIOUS LIVING COLOR! Condition is everything so we have conservatively graded this book in Good Vintage Condition. Pictorial Hardcover Boards show light surface wear and corner tips slightly bumped on spine due to heftiness of this massive profusely illustrated tome, but overall in a solid state with solid binding. The Dust Jacket is intact without the usual closed tears and what-nots. The only “major issue” is some sort of soiling / staining which is clearly visible on the reverse side of the dust jacket, please review the photographs. We have a brand new Brodart archival clear wrapper which will preserve it for future reading pleasure. Fine First Hardcover Editions of this book are practically non existent and if found sell for uncontainable multitudes. This is a true photo book. A spectacle of fabulousness! Despite condition issues this will be a very attractive book on your antiquarian shelf. This maybe the most extraordinary design for living book published in the 20th Century. Please No Minimalists.
