This beautiful and vibrant botanical lithograph is after a drawing by Charlotte Caroline Sowerby and Augusta Innes Wither and these illustrations were issued in instalments by the Hendersons. Edward George Henderson (1783-1876) and his son Andrew ((1823-1906) owned several nurseries in London at Vine Place, Edgware Road and at Wellington Road and Pineapple Place. Hand-coloured lithograph: image size 34 cm x 26 cm, mounted size 49 cm x 39 cm.
