(GOOD) Reynal & Hitchcock on the bottom of the spine, Harcourt, Brace & Co on the dust jacket flap, copyright page and title page. I believe it's an early Harcourt edition. No ID numbers or printing numbers on the copyright page, just 1943 copyright. Dust jacket isn't in the best shape with rips and a few stains, plus some taping. Top and bottom inch or so of the jacket on the spine are missing. Clean hardcovers, no markings. Contents in good shape. $5 Media Mail shipping, $1 for each additional item.
