Daniell (Thomas) Mausoleum of Sultan Purveiz, near Allahabad, from 'Oriental Scenery', aquatint with hand-colouring, on thick wove paper, with faint watermark date '1845', platemark 495 x 655 mm (19 1/2 x 25 3/4 in), sheet 525 x 730 mm (20 3/4 x 28 3/4 in), even toning with sun exposure lines, minor surface dirt, expertly repaired tear to the left margin, some retouching within the print, a small printers' crease in the centre, unframed, published by Robert Bowyer [1796 but c.1845]
