This is a physicians handwritten Treatment / Remedy Note Book. I believe this journal starts c1841 noting symptoms, causes, diagnosis and treatments. This journal spans a number of years of research. The front cover has a date of 1841 and on page 97 there is a date of Feb. 1, 1848. Pages 97 to 118 are detached from the spine.
