Scarce. Privately printed account of the visit of the Duke of Edinburgh to India in January 1870, and the Prince of Wales in 1875-76. Sir Joseph Fayrer (1824-1907) was Surgeon General in India and was appointed to accompany the Prince of Wales as physician during his tour there. First edition; 8vo, 245pp.; contemporary half brown morocco over blue pebbled cloth boards, light wear to corners, a very good copy.
