Child Star: Shirley Temple Black, an Autobiography, McGraw-Hill Publishing Co. (1988). The honest and colorful story of Shirley Temple Black, quintessential child star of the 1930's and 1940's. This account is filled with revelations, anecdotes and photos from the film studios as well as her personal library. The dust jacket of this hardcover book shows moderate signs of wear and age, including some scuff marks, creases and small stains on the back. However the charcoal and black cover itself is in excellent condition and the silver imprints on the front and spine are brilliant. The hinges are intact and the binding is tight. The outer page edges are slightly browned, but all interior pages, text and photographs are clean, unmarked and bright. Overall a sturdy and well-kept edition
