A handsome Folio Society edition of James’s late novel, with Philip Bannister’s atmospheric illustrations and a striking green/gold binding design. Condition: Book appears near fine and likely unread, with a very tight binding, clean decorated boards, bright spine decoration, and clean pages. Slipcase is very good overall, showing light shelf wear/rubbing and minor corner/edge wear. Please review photos for exact condition.
