Poland , who served under Reno at Little Big Horn and by Lt. William Badger W. Badger , a close friend of General Custer and survivor of the Black Hills Campaign. The document lists the amount of oats, corn, barley, hay, fodder, and straw consumed by the animals at the Standing Rock Reservation
