The play was adapted for the cinema in 1964 under the same title, starring Eric Sykes and George Cole. First edition, first impression; 8vo; library stamps to title and p.94, tape residue to endpapers, small dampstain to top edge, else unmarked internally; publisher's purple cloth, gilt lettering to spine, with the unclipped pictorial dust-jacket, slight rubbing to extremities, light dust-soiling to rear panel, else very good.
