Oil on canvas laid on board. Signed and dated lower right 1894 Will H. Low . 1 vols. 22-3/4 x 12-5/8 inches canvas ; 24-1/4 x 15-1/2 inches board . Fine. Framed and glazed. Item #15880 Will Hicock Low 1853-1932 born in Albany, NY worked both in the U.S. and in France. He was a student of Gérome and Carolus Duran also teacher of John Singer Sargent , and while in Paris he exhibited at the Salons of 1876-1877. Low returned to the U.S.
