This edition includes a biographical introduction by Bill Stapes, written in July 2003. Designed by Gordon Chun and published by Peleus Books in a limited run of just 250 copies. Condition: Very Good. Cover shows minor soiling consistent with age on a white cover and ~1/4” tear to the front edge. Internally clean and unmarked aside from pencil notes on the title page.
