Dark Mind, Dark Heart. First edition, an anthology of short stories set in the extended Cthulu Mythos. It includes Witches Hollow, a story that Derleth expanded from notes left by H. P. Lovecraft in his commonplace book. The first publication by J. Ramsey Campbell, The Church in High Street, also features. Campbell was just 16 at the time.
