First edition; 4to (28.5 x 22.5 cm, 11.25 x 9 in); ownership inscription in pen to front free endpaper, engraved title pages, 80 engraved plates (offering over 160 views) including frontispiece and plan of Regents Park; light staining and spotting to plates; diced calf, gilt spine in raised bands, gilt Greek-key borders, spine faded with areas of wear, covers scuffed; vi, 172, iipp.
