THE LITHOGRAPHS OF CHAGALL II 1957-1962 The book measures approximately 9-7/8” by 12-3/4”, contains 208 numbered pages with twelve original lithographs and nearly two hundred additional plates, consisting of full of both color and black and white images. This particular copy appears to have been very well cared for and as a result remains in very good vintage condition with all twelve original lithographs in tact. The cover, which is one of the lithographs, has been protected by a clear plastic cover which remains approximately 97% in tact. The cover does exhibit some limited shelf wearing, primarily around the edges. The book as a whole remains in very good vintage condition with the exception of some minor, regular use wearing, a very light near corner crease on the earliest pages, some very light browning on the exterior cover and one spot along the top edge, as shown in photographs. With that said, the pages themselves, including the eleven additional lithographs, remain in excellent condition with no rips, tears, writing, dog ears or damage. * The top edge brown spot remains exclusively along the edge and therefore it is not visible on the related pages.
