Dimensions for this coffee table resource book are approximately 9.75" by 11.50" by 1.75". There is one issue seen on the outer top pages where there is spotting/discoloration. See photo. I don't know the cause. Otherwise, crisp, clean, and bright, with little to no apparent wear. Has a dust jacket protected in plastic. The plastic evidences minor handling wear. The inner transparent plastic has printed text on it. No pencil or ink markings, highlighting or handwriting in the book. Very clean with no soiling. Doesn't appear to have ever been read.
