The eleventh and final book of poetry from Kuzmin, divided into six parts, it has been seen as marking a new direction in the poet's work and a departure from Russian literary tradition. Based on the principles of free association and dream logic, the style of this work has been noted to be influenced by surrealism, cinema, and Freudian thought.
