I bought this book brand new in 2007. It has been skimmed through MAYBE once, and then put in a plastic tote where it has been for the last 19 years. There is wear that shows on the bottom of the spine. It is on the sleeve and the hardcover itself. To me it’s not bad for a nearly 20 year old book but to someone else it may be a deal breaker. Please refer to the pics to see what I am talking about. It is being priced based on said wear/damage. Please ask if you would like more pics or have any general questions about the book at all.
