Sir Arthur Paget was the diplomat brother of Sir Henry William Paget, the first Marquis of Anglesey, and Sir Edward Paget (see item above). While his brothers were achieving military fame, Sir Arthur represented England in Berlin, Munich, Palermo, Vienna and Turkey.
