A fine view of Napoleon being shown ships departing from St Helena. The other French figures depicted in the print are most probably General Henri-Gratien Bertrand, Grand Marshal of the palace, and his wife, who went into voluntary exile with Napoleon. Engraving with aquatint, finished with fine hand-colour, tear to left portion of sky skilfully repaired.
