[COLLECTION OF LATE-19th-CENTURY LAWS FOR THE TERRITORY OF IDAHO]. An interesting group of Idaho territorial laws leading up to Idaho statehood. The first volume is a compilation of revised laws produced or promulgated by the eighth session of the territorial legislature; the remaining four volumes are general laws produced by the eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, and fifteenth territorial legislatures, respectively. Idaho would become the forty-third state of the Union on July 3, 1890, the year after the last imprint offered here.
