Falkner’s poems were published privately printed as an incomplete collection shortly after his death. Per the John Meade Falkner Society, ‘Two editions were published–the earlier, brown-wrappered one contained several misprints, and a green-wrappered version, with corrections, was ordered by his widow, Evelyn, in an edition of 500 copies. The first version is rare, but copies of the second appear occasionally.’ Minor creasing to extremities, spine browned, just a hint of faint marking to covers, notwithstanding an excellent copy. See: Graham Pollard, ‘Some Uncollected Authors XXV John Meade Falkner, 1858-1932’. In The Book Collector Autumn 1960, pp. 318-325.
