Following the invasion of China, the North China Transportation Company was established in 1938 as a subsidiary to the South Manchurian Railway Company, to operate the railways and bus services within the territory of the Provisional Government of the Republic of China. A beautiful piece of graphic design, this pamphlet was issued to provide details of services in Northern China, including Harbin, Qingdao, Hankow and Shanghai-guan.
