LAWS OF THE TERRITORY OF IDAHO, THIRD SESSION: CONVENED ON THE FOURTH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1865, AND ADJOURNED ON THE TWELFTH DAY OF JANUARY, 1866, AT BOISE ... A scarce early Idaho imprint, publishing the laws passed by the third session of the territorial legislature. The territory was organized under the Organic Act in 1863 with an area that included Montana and Wyoming. The statutes deal mostly with mining, as well as government organization, infrastructure, and ranching. OCLC locates only three copies, at Brigham Young, the University of Minnesota, and the Autry Museum.
