WARNING! This book is in ACCEPTABLE but usable condition! The cover shows moderate wear with some scratches, scuffs, marks, and edge wear. There is WATER DAMAGE to the lower edge of roughly the last half of the pages. It makes the pages bumpy/wavy. There is also a small stain to the upper inner edge of the last few pages. The pages do not stick together. The first page has a note on it. The title page has a rip on it. Pages 428 to 438 have a mark/stain on them. There are a handful of other pages scattered throughout with stains on them. The majority of the rest of the text is unmarked with moderate wear to the outer edges of the pages. There are stains to the outer edges of the pages. The binding is sound. See the photos for more details. This book is in ROUGH SHAPE, but is still readable/usable.
