First edition, large 8vo, 2 volumes, lithographed frontispieces, 5 folding charts, 1 hand-colored folding map, 1 overlay map, and 21 plates 11 of them lithographs ; spines faded, some chipping to spine ends, small tear in front cover of volume I, and the pages beginning to brown, still a nice, firm set in the original purple cloth, gilt spine.
